In your administration work, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing vendor roadmaps for the supported platforms, paying particular attention to updates that may impact service. You will also be responsible for keeping abreast of platform updates and features and make recommendations; Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
• Provide web server site administration, configuration of SSL, file backup and restoration, and reviewing IIS log files to assist with troubleshooting website issues.
• Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
• Configures and manages Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with team management and make key recommendations to the future direction of all supported platforms and services, and especially Microsoft 365.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an information technology or related field is required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in management of web, database, and application server support and maintenance including
• planning, coordinating, and executing installation and upgrades of systems supporting this task order.
• At least five (3) years of experience in management of Microsoft IIS 10 web server
