Our growing company is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Web Developer to join our development team. In this position, you will collaborate with our engineering team to develop innovative, attractive, and easy-to-use software solutions for our clients. Proficiency in HTML, JSON, XML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, SOAP, REST, and PHP; and Drupal 7 and 8/9 is essential. As a Senior Web Developer, we will expect you to serve as a leader for our junior developers, actively cultivating their skills to improve your team's production. Our perfect candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and a strong portfolio of past work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Discuss project scope with client and team managers
• Create software solutions to address client issues
• Develop visually interesting and intuitive web designs
• Hire and train junior developers and ensure efficiency on each project

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
• At least ten(10) years of web developer experience; supervisory experience is a plus
• At least eight (8) years of experience with Drupal 7 and 8/9, including search and analytics integration
• At least three (3) years of experience working in an Agile environment
• Portfolio of past work displaying successful projects
• Knowledge in GIS, AWS, NodeJS, React and similar platforms is a plus
• Attention to detail and creativity
